How To Identify Spam
-
The email comes from an unfamiliar sender or a generic email address while claiming to be from Wix
(e.g., @gmail.com info@seoservices.com).
-
The message is vague, using general terms like “SEO errors” without specifying any real issues.
-
Attached documents claim to be “SEO reports” but lack meaningful data and present opinions over Google reports
-
Claim to have information about the backend of your website without being provided access to your website. (Wix will never handover information regarding website performance to partners or third parties aside from website business owner)
